Introducing Florence /Flo.
Flo is an 11 month old female and male Spanish Water Dog. We have been working with show kennels in Seville for many years. I agreed to help dogs that are not going into the “show world”
We have many U.K. adopters who are delighted with their Spanish Water dogs who are of course non-shedding of the coat. She can be with you as soon as 6 weeks and she will be one year old.
Flo has a full tail as opposed to a bon tail and is absolutely adorable. Spanish Water dogs make fantastic pets and are hypoallergenic….. meaning they do not cast and are good where allergies are an issue within the home.
Bob tails are normal for SWD – some are born with a full tail and some are born with a bob tail.
She will be neutered fully vaccinated, rabies vaccine, wormed and flea and tick treated. Our dogs travel with an EU passport and EU import certificate.
I can get a video of her if you are genuinely interested. They are 5 months as they are kept within little- some of her siblings went into the show world and some went to pet homes in Spain and the UK – she is the last little girl.
It’s a MUST that you research the breed and understand their needs, exercise and particularly around coat care.
It is also worth mentioning that they live in a very rural countryside area and as such they need a settling-in period. They do not have any lead training at the start.
My previous adopters are also more than happy to discuss their dogs and the process with you if you are interested in applying. We also have access to a breed specialist in the UK if any training issues.
Costs are not cheap due to exit costs, transport to travel kennels in Spain, vet work, import, customs and taxes and transport to the U.k.
These dogs are worth every red cent to get them here – they are wonderful dogs. Need to be fast – she will be snapped up.
